Did you ever stop to think about what it means to miss the forest for the trees? It has something to do with getting so bogged down in details that we lose sight of our goal. This is where we encounter a dilemma: we can’t do away with the details because they point us to the goal, but if we focus too much on the details, we’ll never get there.
