Back on the Lion’s Path

Here’s what’s coming on Hebrew Nation Radio this Monday, December 10:

Here’s an uncomfortable question: Are we really making a positive impact in this world that advances the Kingdom of our Heavenly Father?

Here’s an equally uncomfortable question: If we’re not having such an impact, what exactly are we doing?

These are good questions to ask Cole Davis. He has labored for a long time to help the people of God get free of that which hinders them, and to become effective emissaries of our King. Specifically, if we are the lions of Israel, why are we not acting like it?

Cole has had opportunity to connect with many people among the followers of Yeshua, and to observe how they deal with the issues that impact them. We will talk with Cole about what he has seen, and the conclusions he has reached about the current health of the body of our Messiah.

The Remnant Road, with co-hosts Al McCarn, Mike Clayton, Barry Phillips, and Hanoch Young is the Monday edition of the Hebrew Nation Morning Show.  You can listen live at 11:00–1:00 EST, 8:00-10:00 PST at http://hebrewnationonline.com/, and on podcast at any time.

What Are These Young People Really Thinking?

Aside from all the technological wonders that absorb today’s youth, how are they different from older generations? Very different – and very much the same. This millennial generation is living in a world that has changed radically since the youthful days of their parents and grandparents, but they, like every generation before them, still faces the same challenges of entering adulthood and defining how their world should be shaped. Thus, while the specifics may be unique, the underlying reality is just as Solomon said:

That which has been is that which will be,
And that which has been done is that which will be done.
So there is nothing new under the sun.
Is there anything of which one might say,
“See this, it is new”?
Already it has existed for ages
Which were before us. (Ecclesiastes 1:9-10)

With Mike and Hanoch in Israel leading the Connect to Israel tour, Barry and Al begin the show with a conversation about inter-generational relations. Is there really an insurmountable gap between the rising generation and their parents and grandparents? What makes them unique? How can they find their way, and how can the older generations help – or at least not hinder them?

Cole Davis of On That Day Ministries joins us in the second hour to take the discussion to a new level: what are the spiritual dynamics intertwined with this millennial generation? The conversation takes a highly important turn as we examine how these spiritual dynamics are at work even now in Hebraic believers. In the pursuit of Torah knowledge, what have we left behind – and at what cost?

This may be the most important conversation we have yet had on The Remnant Road. You won’t want to miss it!

Rehabilitating the Lions

Here’s what is coming up on The Remnant Road on Hebrew Nation Radio for Monday, April 3:

One of those problems with the Kingdom of Heaven is that it is populated entirely by walking wounded and invalids. Everyone has been hurt in some way, and everyone has done their share of inflicting pain on others – often unintentionally. How, then, does YHVH get anything done?

That is a question we will ask Cole Davis. His calling is to address the wounds in YHVH’s people to bring healing and deliverance and help them be everything the Heavenly Father created them to be. Pain, lies, curses, and demonic opposition are among the obstacles every person faces. Until we learn to deal with these, we will remain fractured as individuals, as families, and as the Body of Messiah Yeshua.
But how do we start? That is something Cole will help us discover as we welcome him to The Remnant Road.
You can find out more about Cole Davis at On That Day Ministries. He is also the host of The Lion’s Path, which airs live on Hebrew Nation Radio on Wednesdays at 9 p,m. Pacific.
