What happened at the United Nations last Friday, December 23?  That has been the topic of many conversations over the past few days as news of UN Security Council Resolution 2334 has raised great concern over what this means for Israel.  Those who are watching the signs of the times for understanding of biblical prophecies uniformly recognize that the resolution and the role of the United States in bringing it to pass have brought the world across another great threshold in anticipated End Times scenarios.

But do we really know what happened, or what to expect?  Yes, we do have an idea.  That is the purpose of the following analysis by Gary Bauer, a Christian with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Washington’s political circles.  It is offered here in the interest of providing a succinct summary of what happened, and a clear projection of the consequences.

In an administration that has moved from one low to the next when it comes to foreign policy and our role in the world, Obama set a new low last weekend as Jews and Christians were preparing to celebrate Chanukah and Christmas. If you are confused about how damaging last week’s U.N. Security Council vote is, all you need to know is that decent people on the left and right are condemning it, while Hamas and Islamic Jihad are dancing in the streets.
